  • The thing is, marijuana is practically legal in many parts of the nation. I've been in several cities where police won't even arrest for possession of a small amount. Also, yes, it is extremely low on the priority ladder. Legalizing it would not be too big of a leap from the way things are now.

  • Oh please mlarsen. It's ridiculous to offset blame from the shoulders of the actual perpetrators by heaping it all on their religion. People will use anything to justify their actions, and as the list points out, the issue is way deeper than Islam.
